If you choose one of our propositions, it is very likely that it will have to be adapted to your specific wishes, but above all, to adapt to the building conditions of your plot: width, coverage, coefficient building, floors, etc.

For these reasons, we are at your disposal to adapt the plans to meet your requirements. The same goes for the plans that eventually your architect will have produced.

All this at no cost to you as it is included in the construction cost.

As a rule of thumb, our construction cost is around 70 % of a classical construction, which gives you a discount of +/-30 % compared to a classical construction of the same standards.

So if a classical construction with concrete, bricks and plaster will cost +/- 1.300 €/m2, with our method it will cost you only 900 €/m2. Accordingly, the 1.500 €/m2 will cost only 1.050 €/m2, and the 1.100 €/m2 will cost only 770 €/m2.
