Architectural Plans

We can either draw the plans of the house that our clients desire, or use plans given by their architect. In the first case, we only need to know the land plot where the house will be built. We will then control the building conditions of the said plot, ask our clients the total desired house surface, the number of rooms and bathrooms and all inherent details so we can provide professional layout plans drawn by our experienced architects for their approval

All our plans will be ready to be introduced to the Building Authority to get the building permit.

Structural Analysis

The structural analysis will comply with the EUROCODES, according to the geographical position of the building, and will consider all loads, wind, snow and seismic strain

All our plans and structural Calculations will be ready to be introduced to the Building Authority to get the building permit.

Issue of Building Permit

Should the client desire, we will proceed to get the Building Permit

Cost Analysis - Offer

We will provide the clients a cost analysis of the house, as well as a firm offer, and we guarantee the final cost of their investment.
