As a rule of thumb, our construction cost is around 70 % of a classical construction, which gives you a discount of +/-30 % compared to a classical construction of the same standards.

So if a classical construction with concrete, bricks and plaster will cost +/- 1.300 €/m2, with our method it will cost you only 900 €/m2. Accordingly, the 1.500 €/m2 will cost only 1.050 €/m2, and the 1.100 €/m2 will cost only 770 €/m2
