The automatic machinery for cutting steel skeleton

The metal structure of the building is calculated in accordance with the European Standards EURONORM applied to the geographical position of the building. The standards take into account the different loads applied on the structure, as well as seismic loads, wind, and snow.

calculation results are sent to the software of an automated machine, which is fed with a coil of galvanized steel. The automated machine folds the coil to form the profiles of the structure, then cuts it to the different lengths needed to form the metal structure.

The different elements thus created, are assembled in the factory to form parts of bearing walls and ceiling, in dimensions able to fit into a container, which will be shipped to the construction site.

These elements will be assembled on site, easily. Provided the foundation slab is already done, we calculate some 3 to 4 days to assemble the metal structure of a 100 m2 house.
