The exterior walls are manufactured in collaboration with the client, and according to their financial capabilities. We offer the following Cases:

1st Case
According to year 2020 Greek Insulation Rules (KENAK), insulation in a building must meet a Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,40W/m2*Κ. To achieve that, we use rockwool 8,5 cm with a Coefficient of Thermal Conductance λ= 0,032 W/m*K within the width of the metal structure of the building.
The external cladding is achieved with a fireproof gypsumboard plus a cement board. The internal cladding, with two fireproof gypsumboard. We thus achieve:
- One hour fire resistance of the metal structure;
- Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,34W/m2*Κ, which is approx. 15 % better than the KENAK regulations;
- Used vapor barrier and air barrier membranes for air and water protection;
- External coating Polyester mesh and Plaster Pack.

2nd Case
On top of case 1, we use one more external cladding with graphite EPS thickness 5 or 8 cm, with a Coefficient of Thermal Conductance λ= 0,032 W/m*K, obtaining a Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,17W/m2*Κ (8 cm) or U = 0,20W/m2*Κ (5 cm) which is practically twice higher than the KENAK value.
External coating Polyester mesh and Plaster Pack.

3rd Case
On top of case 1, we use one more external cladding with YTONG 10 cm thickness with a Coefficient of Thermal Conductance λ= 0,110 W/m*K, thus obtaining:
- a Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,254 W/m2*Κ, which is practically 75% higher than the KENAK value
- a more "classical" construction
- An additional two hours fire protection, which associated to the MGO, gives a three hours fire protection to the house

4th Case
To get a higher external mechanical resistance of the walls and a better insulation, we propose to replace the graphite EPS of case 2 by KNAUF rockwool 8,5 cm thickness on a KNAUF metal structure of 100X50. Exterior cladding AQUAPANEL KNAUF with Polyester mesh and Plaster Pack.
Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,17W/m2*Κ.

5th Case
The highest possible insulation. As per case 3, but we replace the interior double gypsumboards by KNAUF rockwool 8,5 cm thickness on a KNAUF metal structure of 100X50 plus two fireproof gypsumboards.
Total insulation thickness 25,5 cm and Coefficient of Heat Transmission U = 0,11W/m2*Κ, which is one of the parameters of the PASSIVE HOUSE.

6th Case
Any of the above external wall cases chosen can be enhanced with decorative materials the client desires, such as:
- Bricks
- Wood
- Aluminium
- Marble
